Introduction
Lloguerdespais.cat is a rather peculiar place where we rent different kinds of spaces that you can use as warehouses, workshops, offices, store rooms, sheds or industrial units. Lloguerdeespais.cat is in Cardedeu (Barcelona). If you need space, all you have to do is get in touch.

The Studio
"The Studio is a space measuring 46 m² where imagination takes off and produces a curious ascent: from floor to flight in an instant. And if you wish, between flights, you can land and open the doors, feel the grass beneath your feet or sunbathe. There is nothing to stop you choosing between these two states, two positions, whatever you prefer, that’s why you’re here, flying above the earth"

The Dairy
"Great ideas, stories and sculptures have been born and taken shape in The Dairy, an old stable. This has its explanation: each space is inhabited by its history. In the past, cows were milked and hundreds of animals were helped to give birth in The Dairy. Without any particular hurry, because a space also contains its time. Here, don’t think it’s odd to feel good vibrations because it is a space of creation. You can sense it. What better place to give birth, complete and savour a task?"

The Pit-stop
"Arrive, pick up and leave: hurry does not exist. How can it if, in the blink of an eye, your things have arrived? Arrive, put down and leave: natural speed. You arrive before. You pick up before. You put down before. You leave before. The Pit-stop (30 m²) is an advance party for those that like to have things to hand. It’s like riding a bicycle: so fast and so slow. Close and intimate"

The New Premises
"What do you need? Is it your suit? Only you are your best tailor. Measure, cut, sew and try for size. Make use of a great idea: a variable space. Here, in The New Premises (280 m²) you can try to convert the space into a bubble or a warehouse, transforming a part or everything, changing a place for a shelf, a stitch for a structure. Between dreams and reality the only door that exists is value. Dress to your measurements"

The New Well
"Elvis walks arround The New Well (24 m²) even if you can’t see him. Elvis lives, even when you can’t hear him. He protects you, but you don’t know it. He sings about fortune, warding off the bad spirits. This is a well of security and calm. The animals know, they smile with him. Here, the Eye of God is watching over us"

The Container
"It might be in this 20ft container that has gone round the world you want to cross seas and continents. It might be the case that on your travels you need to board up your treasures, or it might be enough to keep a small plot of land safe from the waves, or to drop anchor in the bay, or you want to set sail for your island. Hold on tight: twenty degrees to port!"

The Barrack
"Negotiation is a good school for learning to order your thoughts, weigh up your words and prepare the facts. In our negotiation, a thick chord links what you think, what you say and what you do. Our negotiation is not virtual; it is by hand, offering your hand, sealed by shaking hands. The last word: Done. This small space, The Barrack (14 m²) is a negotiation between two colourful souls: that of Ramon the dragon and yours"

The Chamber
"The ten square meters of The Chamber can not define a space, in the same way that words are only a poor copy of feelings. You will ask us the price but we beg you to visit us because money does not reveal the value of something. Easy. Come by and see. You’ll have a nice time. Don’t run, don’t even walk: just come by. Do you like flowers?"

The Farm
"If your old dream needs a space, you can find it when you want: in minutes, days, months. If your favourite elephant needs a place, we can also find it: centimetres, meters, parts. If you dream about filling, we can try it in litres, cubic meters or barrels. Now in The Farm (70 m²) there is a colored cardboard box. Do you know what is in it? A dream? An elephant? A wave?"

The Big Tin
"Store, conserve, reuse, share. I can improve the environment, not only damage it. Keep it to take it back to the factory. Don’t throw out anything that was bought wisely: I keep it. Reduce costs: reuse. Make use of what I am. Keep a beautiful shoe with its use-by date in The Big Tin where I can store five cars"
